Chemical Analysis

• In house spectrometer as sister concern unit with 24 channels capable of testing Fe, Ni, Co, Al based material with Nitrogen content.
• All Incoming Raw Materials are tested on Spectrometer.
• All the raw materials (Steel) are purchased from customer’s approved steel mill or standard mill.

Physical Testing

• In house Universal Testing Machine with extennsometer.
• In house Hardness Testing Machine- HRC, BHN.
• In house Impact Testing Machine With -196 C.
• In house Metallurgical Microscope.
• In house Magnaflux (MPI) testing.

Specimens are stored for a particular period.

All testing & measuring equipments are regularly NABL calibrated.

Test Provided

• Chemical Analysis, Tensile Test, Impact Test,
• Corrosion (IGC) Test, MPI Test, Microstructure, Radiography Test.
• Forgings can also be supplied under third party inspections such as LLOYDS, BVQI, DNV, TUV etc.
